Summary[തിരുത്തുക]Each temple has a data page that stores the data to be used in the templates, of the form: Template:LDS Temple/Temple name. All the templates that format temple data use a single set of data for each temple. Thus updating the data for each temple will only need to be done in one location. Using the data in multiple locations is accomplished by transcluding the datapage along with a format parameter, which indicates which template to use. Thus the calls to transclude temple data will be a call of the form {{LDS Temple/Temple name | format= format template }}. Usage[തിരുത്തുക]This template's sub-pages contain data shared between many pages relating to temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. These pages include:
In addition, individual articles exist for each temple. The data on these sub-pages is used to create the info box. Substituting the infobox templates would be inappropriate because the data on these pages is shared - changing it here updates the infoboxes and all of the lists too.
