മർദാനി ജുമർ
ഇന്ത്യൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളായ ജാർഖണ്ഡ്, ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ്, ഒഡീഷ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പുരുഷന്മാർ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു നാഗ്പുരി ശൈലിയിൽ ഉള്ള നാടോടി നൃത്തമാണ് മർദാനി ജുമർ (Mardani Jhumar) (അധവാ മർദന ജുമർ (Mardana Jhumar)). [1] [2] [3] വിളവെടുപ്പിന് ശേഷം നടത്തുന്ന മേളയിൽ ആണ് ഈ നൃത്തം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്. [4] [5] പുരുഷന്മാർ ഗോങ്ഗ്രൂ വസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കുന്നു, വാളും പരിചയും പിടിച്ച് പരസ്പരം കൈപിടിച്ച് വൃത്താകൃതിയിൽ നൃത്തം ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ നൃത്തത്തിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന സംഗീതോപകരണങ്ങൾ മന്ദർ, നാഗര, ധക്, ഷെഹ്നായി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബൻസി എന്നിവയാണ്. ഈ നൃത്ത പ്രസ്ഥാനം പുരുഷ ഊർജ്ജത്തെ പ്രതിഫലിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
