ഭാരതീയ ഗണിതശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞയാണ് രാമൻപരിമള.(ജ: 1948 നവംബർ 21-തമിഴ്നാട്)[1].ആൾജിബ്രയിൽ പരിമളയുടെ സംഭാവനകൾ ഗണിതശാസ്ത്രലോകത്ത് അവരെ ശ്രദ്ധേയയാക്കി. ടാറ്റാ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഫണ്ടമെന്റൽ റിസർച്ചിലെ മുൻ അദ്ധ്യാപികയായിരുന്ന പരിമള എമറി സർവ്വകലാശാലയിൽ സേവനം അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചുവരുന്നു.[2] ഡോക്ടറേറ്റ് ബോംബെ സർവ്വകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്നാണ് കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയത്.[3]
